Entering data into g2-Metrix® is as flexible a process as you like. Users can either enter the KPI results using a question and answer scorecard or g2 Business Services can connect your internal systems directly into our application. You can supply event data as an XML file, Excel spreadsheet or CSV (comma separated values) file and our middleware converts the raw data into useful g2-Metrix reports.
Once the data is in g2-Metrix®, you can interrogate it using our built-in report suite. View our various report types using the menu on the right.

The trend report allows you to view results for buildings services etc. over a period of time. A
variable trend report lets you view trend-related data by selecting the parameters you want to view and compare.

Target your KPI failures using the extensive Exceptions Report. Identify key areas for improvement and
assign actions to your project team then email them the action item as a to-do task. If you are using Outlook,
iCal, Evolution of Mozilla Thunderbird the task will appear in their calendar.

For an historic view of your project exceptions, the Exception Trends Report outlines KPI failures on a month-by-month basis allowing you to navigate to specific exceptions for a given time period.
The worst performing KPI(s) are highlighted so you know what to keep your eye on.
